Our client is looking for a Service Designer to work for our Government client. This role is fully remote and Inside IR35. Security Clearance is required. We are looking at ASAP starts and initially this will be a 12 month contract.
Service Designer responsibilities:
- Creating as-is and to be service blueprints and user journeys.
- Assessment of inflight/adjacent workstreams to identify commonalities/gaps in feature
delivery.
- Take a User centred design approach to improving day to day activities of user groups.
- Deliver in a complex and agile environment.
- Run user workshops to refine designs and outputs, such that users are engaged and
supportive of change delivery.
- Work with scrum master to align sprint goals and epics to product feature roadmap
