Test Environments - Discovery consultant

We have a new requirement for a Test Environments discovery consultant

This role is remote working with ad-hoc travel to Newcastle upon Tyne/Telford/Worthing when required.

We are seeking a Lead Test Environments and Test Data Consultant to provide the deep SME capability: mapping the non-production estate, evaluating test data practices, and shaping the improvement roadmap.

Essential skills:
* Demonstrable senior SME experience in test environments, test data management, or integration testing on large-enterprise programmes.
* Direct experience baselining fragmented non-production estates and producing maturity assessments.
* Working knowledge of synthetic data, masking, production-derived data approaches, and the trade-offs involved.
* Practical familiarity with Performance and OAT environment requirements and clone strategies.
* Confidence running technical workshops with delivery groups, suppliers, and platform teams.
* Strong written communication for technical baseline documentation.
