User Researchers - Contractors Inside IR35 Location: Remote User Researchers design, plan and conduct research into what people need from a service and produce recommendations for user-centred service design. Working with designers, product owners, developers and other members of Agile teams, they also test services as they are being designed and use research evidence to help explain design decisions to clients.

Service Designers - Contractors Inside IR35 Location : Remote Service Designers facilitate the creation of beginning-to-end services that are based on user needs, as identified through user research. As well as being a champion of user-centred design, you'll ensure that service design teams take an holistic approach: creating service blueprints and managing relationships between the different agencies involved in designing a service. You'll also have a strong understanding of Agile methodology
