Deliverables:
*Architecture and design for assigned activities relating to the ServiceNow product
*Contribution to the ServiceNow product roadmap from a technical viewpoint
*Where applicable, technical input to incident and problem identification, root cause analysis and resolution
*Create solution design docs
*liaise with stakeholders and developers to resolve tech issues
*quality assure design + dev of implementations inc. new modules
Thorough understanding of ServiceNow and extensive experience of ServiceNow / Solution Architecture required
