Service Management Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Service Management Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging enablement materials, with a strong emphasis on short-form video content, to support adoption of a digital business services portal.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning solutions that accelerate end-user adoption of a business services platform.
Create train-the-trainer materials to equip product teams, service champions, and internal stakeholders.
Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and/or in-person) tailored to diverse audiences.
Translate complex workflows and system processes into clear, user-friendly learning content.
Produce multimedia learning assets, including short-form videos and visual job aids.
Collaborate within agile delivery teams, iterating learning content in line with evolving configurations and sprint cycles.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, service operations, support, and change/communications teams to ensure alignment and successful rollouts.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven track record delivering training on enterprise service management platforms.
Demonstrable instructional design expertise with experience developing structured learning programs.
Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
Experience working in agile environments with iterative content development.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple business functions.
