Job description
We are currently looking for an SC cleared Logistics Co-Ordinator. They will be providing timely support for Joiners, leavers & break-fix swap out requests, as well as supporting general warehouse activity
The day-to-day tasks they will be supporting are as follows:
- Manage service tickets within customer supplied ITSM - adhering to SLA's throughout
- Update customer systems manually to ensure both platforms are aligned
- Process joiners, leavers and break-fix requests in a timely manner for next business day delivery
- Move items in/out of stock, updating CMDB at all times
- Trigger Autopilot pre-provisioning process on each device prior to shipment
- Schedule deliveries / collections with end customer
- Update tickets with tracking info, asset info, updates
- Clean & grade devices coming back into the warehouse
- Manage any warranty claims with Microsoft including logging and tracking calls
- Feed progress, issues and SLA performance into SDM for weekly review with customer
- Support warehouse team with configuration of customer refresh devices
- Help warehouse team with general requirements in quiet periods
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
