Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Windows Server Administration
* Active Directory & GPO
* Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
* VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
* Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
* VDI technologies
* Office 365 & endpoint management
* Backup solutions
* Monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM)
* ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
* Team player with a proactive mindset
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Microsoft (MCSA / MCSE / Azure Admin)
* Citrix (CCA / CCP)
* VMware (VCP)
* Experience in EUC/Desktop Support environments
* Exposure to scripting (PowerShell preferred)
* Knowledge of Intune / SCCM / Endpoint Manager
* Problem-solving mindset
* Customer-centric approach
* Attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Continuous learning attitude
