Service Desk Analyst
£14 per hour
My Client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst based in London.
The ideal Candidate will have the following skill set:
*To have a good working knowledge of common desktop software and hardware.
*Experience of working in customer focused service environment.
*To have a good working knowledge of IMT policies, procedures and service level definitions.
*To keep abreast of new technology and to develop such skills as are required to stay effective in this
*Ability to prioritise, plan and organise multiple tasks
with competing priorities and allocate resources
*Ability to provide first line support of Windows 7/10 in
a networked PC environment
*Ability to provide first line support of Mac OSX in a
*Ability to support a range of common applications,
including all versions of Microsoft Office including office 365
*Ability to use remote assistance tools to deliver user
*Ability to support the configuration, use and troubleshooting
of laptops, PDAs, tablets, smartphones and
*Educated to A level standard or equivalent experience
*Working knowledge of ITIL Best Practice Framework
