Requirement Description

Coordinate and answer inquiries from theatres with respect to client IT;
Ensure correct prioritization of raised incident reports and service requests assigned to CES SL;
Support Ops Branches in maintaining up-to-date record of personnel deployed to Theatre of Operations;
Process the paperwork for deploying personnel to Theatre of Operations and coordinate activities amongst the offices in the Agency involved with the deployment process (HR, SLs, etc.) and external stakeholders;
Provide direct assistance in the organisation/coordination of Deployments wrt personnel attendance, travel arrangements, etc.;

Support the Ops Branch in liaising with administrative staff in other organizational elements to ensure coordination of deploying personnel;
Supports Ops Branch in the monitoring of deployed contractors;

Skills and Experience
Successful incumbent should be able to:
*Be a Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint;
*Skilled in managing SharePoint portals content, maintaining up to date, set up libraries and lists, extract data, manipulate data to produce reports (Excel, pivot tables, charts and diagrams)
*Efficient and effective communicator; fluent in written and spoken English;
*Ability to prioritize
*Work under time pressure
*Flexible attitude
*Can do attitude
*Positive attitude
*Customer and service minded, courteous, (has the ability to remain polite even when confronted by demanding customers, often with repetitive questions) acts with tact and discretion.
