Customer Service Advisor - Call Centre
£10-12 per Hour
My client are currently looking for a number of Call Centre agents to join them on a temporary basis. The client are looking for people to start within the next 2 weeks.
*Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails / web-forms, messages & web-chat
*Manage and resolve customer queries
*Identify issues and escalate as required to Supervisors
*Research unknown information requested by Field Staff using available resources
*Document all call information accurately in ticketing system
*Recognise, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
*Follow up customer calls where necessary
*Complete call logs and reports
*Complete other admin tasks where required
*You will be required to provide cover on a rota basis with the team. This will mean that evening, weekend and bank holiday working will be required
