We are looking for an ambitious, motivated Account Consultant / Junior Account Manager to join our one of our UK operating Divisions and manage a long-standing, high volume and fast-paced IT/technology client.
You will be required to develop relationships with client stakeholders at varying levels, including IT & Project Managers, HR/Procurement through to Executive Leadership.

The Position:
Working with an Account Manager, the Account Consultant is responsible for the development and support of specifically designated accounts, ensuring adherence to customer service levels.
This will include, but not be limited to:
- Fulfilment of Client Vacancies
- Candidate selection
- Interview arrangements
- Managing rate negotiations and offers
- Management of Contractors in post
- Manage and Develop Client Relationships
- Collate and Produce Client Related Management Information

In the event that the Account Manager / Senior Manager becomes unavailable, the Account Consultant may be required to deputise and will become responsible for additional activities. Additional duties may be required from time to time outside of those listed above.

Personal Attributes:
You will need to have a track-record of success within a recruitment environment (ideally IT but other categories will be strongly considered) and be able to demonstrate:
