Subject to confirmation we have identified a number of roles in a FS&I project that will design a brand new service for a significant client in the Pensions Market. Where you will work in close collaboration with CX designers, Insight Analysts, Communications Specialists, Technical Experts to develop an end to end set of documents that will be the basis of the Service Design
Job Role Description
Senior and experienced Agile Change Lead with specific experience in leading development of Customer Journeys and development of Operational processes
Manage the Daily standups and co-ordination of the team
Co-ordinate the daily activity and management of the customer journeys
Effectively and efficiently plan and manage the overall design activity
Responsible for the delivery of the Customer Journey design and Architecture outputs
Manage change control, risks and issues procedures, quality, timescales in line with process and account governance.
Manage the Budget
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
Organise the planning and reporting of the Design Cycles.
Monitor progress and raise concerns or blockers to ensure working at pace and accountable for removing impediments to the teams to achieve the Sprint goals/deliverables
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
Bridge communication from the design activities.
Responsible for the definition, documentation,
Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
Perform project reviews and retrospectives regularly and feed the results and lessons learned into program
Lead and support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, issues, risks, and quality
Bring structure to plans and decision making.
Experience & Education:
Qualified Scrum Lead with experience of delivering Operational and Customer Led Change
Teamwork and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of TCF principles
Experience of working within Financial Services including Pensions, in particular, Occupational Pension Schemes
Competent in MS Office Suite
Appropriate Financial Services qualifications
Stakeholder management (both internal and external)
Time management and work planning.
Qualified project manager - PRINCE2 practitioner or Agile Scrum equivalent
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
This role will be a mix of working from home but will also require people to be in the office 2-3 days per week
