Our client is an international IT Service Provider who requires a Deskside Support Engineer to provide IT Support to their end customer.
END DATE: 03/02/2023 (POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS)
RATE: £17.50-£20.00 PER HOUR (INSIDE IR35)
* Customer facing End User Deskside Support for the customer IT estate: HP, Dell laptops/PC's, MS Surface Pro hardware - Windows 10 OS. Apple Mac & MacOS & Surface Hub Knowledge an advantage.
* 3rd line resolution of fault calls and deployment of new/refresh kit
* Updating incident tickets
* Management of on-site held spare hardware
* Warranty process management for failed hardware - liaising with 3rd parties to log warranty returns
* Basic Mobile Device Management (iPhone/Tablet)- setting up user accounts & deploying new items.
* Demonstrate a strong customer satisfaction ethos through use of "soft skills"
