Business Process Consultant
Our client is looking for a Business Process Consultant with expertise and knowledge of process mining, working with the business to understand the business value gained.
You will have experience of SAP within an Azure ecosystem for data processing and ETL.
Experience with Celonis and Signavio tools are key for the position.
Tasks:
* Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes from process mining initiatives.
* Identify areas where process mining can bring the most tangible value, such as cost savings, efficiency gains, or improved customer experiences
* Define clear value propositions, emphasizing tangible benefits
* Ensure that the process mining solution design aligns with the areas of highest business value.
* Monitor and measure the actual business value derived from implemented changes or enhancements.
The contract is for 6 months on a hybrid working model, 3 days on site in London and 2 days from home each week.
