Our client is an international IT Service Provider who requires an experienced Audio Visual Support Engineer (AV Engineer) to support one of their large customers in London.

L2 AV Engineer for Meeting Room Support
* experience of Zoom, Teams and Crestron technology solutions
* experience of installing and removing AV hardware for meeting and conference room support
* perform management of Incidents logged
* maintain and update Incident details relevant for support.
* handle Incident escalation and communicate to the Third-Party Suppliers or Vendors where necessary to resolve open Incidents.
* triage Incidents outside of the scope of services to other Bank technology resolver groups.
* physical health checks of Meeting Room equipment within Executive and High Value Rooms
* proactive monitoring of the Zoom Dashboard platform.
* Critical Spares Management and performing hardware breakfix activities.
* end User support on Meeting Room device usage including controls, how to connect/leave a meeting.
* preventative maintenance checks on Meeting Room equipment including but not limited to; troubleshooting hardware, physical validation on power and device connectivity, settings as per standards, network connectivity.
* Incident trend analysis for Meeting Room tickets.
* basic Meeting Room equipment setup and support when required.
* firmware upgrades of Meeting Room components where required.
* level 2 triage and support of Meeting Rooms.
* break/Fix hardware changes and Swap outs.
* coordinate with L2 resolver groups and OEM/Vendors.
* provide hands and feet support during maintenance window, post and pre-maintenance checks / test calls.
* Standby Support for High Profile Meetings.
* high touch executive support for awareness and training on how to use equipment and features.
* update the customer owned CMDB tool for any changes to Meeting Room equipment.
* RMA/Warranty management through third party replacement process.
* small works requests and business as usual projects.
