Our client is an international IT service provider who require an experienced Tech Bar Engineer with good soft skills and desktop support.
Tech Bar Engineer
You'll be delivering a customer experience on the Tech Bar that sets us aside from our competitors. You may be the first-person that a user meets when they have an issue, you're also the person who guides and advises them throughout their issue.
Your success is measured by the user experience and resolution of their issue. You're proud to represent Computacenter and you get great satisfaction from helping users, developing relationships and building on success.
Be responsible for the daily printer checks and paperwork required to maintain printers within the building (Includes changing tonners, fusers, drums Etc.)
Be able to assist at short notice with Sev2 tickets anywhere on the network to assist in saving SLA (The numbers will be very low around this 2 a month approx.)
