
Our client is looking for a NOC (1st Line) Engineer to join their team of 8 shift-based engineers, who provide the front-line customer interface within the Technology Centre.
As the front-line interface with their customers, the role is responsible for responding to their monitoring systems, triage and diagnosis, incident resolution as well as escalation to more senior resources within the company, whilst retaining oversight of Service Level adherence.
This role is based on a Monday to Sunday (24x7, 4 on, 4 off, working both days & nights on a 12-hour shift pattern (7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am).
The right candidate for this role must either have or be able to qualify for UK Government security clearance (SC level) and NPPV3
