Communications and Engagement Manager - SC Cleared
Our client is looking for a Communications and Engagement Manager to support all communications and engagement across a diverse stakeholder group.
You will ideally have prior experience working on cloud communications and knowledge of cloud technologies and adoption.
Skills:
Background in business change and transformation
Stakeholder engagement
Develop communication and engagement strategies and plan
Responsibilities:
Develop and consistently articulate core narrative, key messages, benefits and outcomes
Ensure all messaging is consistent, positive, and reinforces the strategic importance of the programme
Map and analyse key stakeholder groups to tailor communication approaches and content
Content creation and management
Develop clear and compelling communications materials
Translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible and engaging messages for diverse stakeholder audiences
Plan and execute a range of engagement activities, such as town halls, workshops, roadshows, etc.
Facilitate two-way communication channels to encourage feedback
Define metrics for communication effectiveness and engagement
The role is for 6 months initially and requires 2-3 days in site in Corsham every week.
