High Level Clearance VMWare Engineers x 5 - Bracknell or Birmingham
* Duration: 6 months (long term extensions expected)

* Rate: £500-550/day (negotiable)
* Brief overview on the role/project: We are looking for VMWare Engineers to join an established programme team conducting a rollout of hardware to a large Government account. Your role will be based on building and Configuring ESX devices as per build guides as part of a deployment team.
Skills:
* A proven track record as an infrastructure engineer in a project environment building solutions from build guides.
* A good breadth of technical skills across an enterprise environment, ideally being able to demonstrate skills in infrastructure management, VMWare/vSphere support and implementation.
* Have the ability to work well within a team and develop a positive working relationship with other project teams.
* Have good and clear communications when interacting with peers, management, and customers.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience working for large government customers.
* Positive can do attitude.
* Self-starter who can implement solutions with minimal supervision and can think through any issues and report back regarding issue and recommendation to fix.
* Visit to customer sites to install hardware within racks.
* Remote support of hardware during customer testing.
* Provide updates to the PM and team lead regarding progress.
* Engagement with internal service teams to ensure that new hardware is effectively taken into support.
* Applicants may need to flexible in terms of hours worked because some implementations are likely outside normal working hours due to customer day to day activities.
