3 Month contract initially, good scope for extension
Rates: £350-£375 p/d (Umbrella-PAYE)

One of our blue chip clients are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a great programme of work. A true global leader in their field and great name to have on your CV.

We require a Business Analyst with good stakeholder engagement, communication, and data analysis/mapping skills to work in the Digital Comms team.

Key responsibilities:
There are 8 focus areas within the Document Fulfilment change project.
The role-holder will be expected to support with:
* Detailed data requirements and mapping of data items for digital permissions and contact details.
* Documenting the business rules within the orchestration layer including required data feeds in/out to determine print v digital triggers.
* Email notification rules and associated requirements based on happy/non-happy path scenarios.

Key Skills / Experience:
- Strong technical IT application experience, with the ability to understand and align with business objectives.
- Proven capability to work across various business areas, managing the flow of applications and data from end to end using APIs.
- Skilled in applying business rules to determine when and how documents and communications are triggered and delivered through appropriate channels.
- Demonstrated experience in technical delivery, ensuring successful implementation of IT solutions.
- Proficient in data mining, with an analytical mindset to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Business Analyst (BA) with a strong IT orientation, capable of driving business change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the business rules that underpin various customer and operational scenarios.
- Experience in service integration, ensuring smooth interoperability between systems.
- Strong focus on data handling, with the ability to feed and synchronize data across multiple applications.
- Experienced in data mapping, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information flow.
- Understanding of customer communications processes, with emphasis on clarity and relevance.
- Marketing experience is considered an advantage, particularly in enhancing customer engagement.
- Background in pensions is preferred over protection, though not a strict requirement. Financial services industry experience is beneficial and adds context to the role.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, particularly within a digital communications team.
- Self-starter who is proactive, able to hit the ground running, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders.
