Our Client are looking for an SC cleared Frontend Engineer who thrives in environments where information is dense, the interface is critical, and the work matters.
You excel at building responsive, intuitive UIs that surface complex machine learning insights to end users with clarity and usability. You care about the user journey as much as the underlying data, and you are motivated by delivering real-world impact in demanding operational settings.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement frontend interfaces that support live and retrospective exploration of data from complex systems
* Build and iterate on React-based UIs for transcription review, dynamic querying, and data visualisation
* Integrate user-facing features with backend APIs and machine learning services, including LLM outputs, NLP pipelines and structured data stores
* Develop robust offline-first interfaces to support secure, air-gapped environments with no public internet access
* Create data visualisations (e.g., network graphs, timelines) to support scenario driven analysis and operational decision making
* Build UI components for summarisation, report generation and visual validation of machine-derived insights
Experience Required:
* Deep experience building production-quality React applications with modern tooling (TypeScript, hooks, state management)
* Demonstrated ability to create rich, interactive data visualisations using libraries such as visx, Chart.js, Plotly, Recharts, D3 or similar
* Experience designing and implementing UIs that surface complex analytical outputs (e.g., from LLMs, graph databases, summarisation pipelines)
* Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts
* Proven ability to work closely with backend APIs, including in data-heavy or streaming contexts
