Our client is looking for a UMC Platform Specialist to joint their DevOps team. This role is essential for supporting the installation, configuration, and operation of software applications and components within the client's Upper Mobile Core (UMC), running on CNIS (Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution) and NFVI (Network Functions Virtualization Infrastructure) platforms.
This role is a 12 month initial contract, working remotely with occasionally travel to London when needed. This role is Inside IR35 and requires a candidate with an active SC clearance.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience with CNIS and NFVI platforms.
* Hands-on experience with Upper Mobile Core (UMC) and related components.
* Strong understanding of cloud-native principles, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
