Business Analyst
Our government client is looking for a skilled BA on an initial 3 month contract + extensions.
Hybrid travel to Swansea, Wales is requires 2-3 times per week.
1. Strong communications skills with an ability to build relationships and elicit requirements at all levels within the organisation.
2. Experience in a range of requirement gathering approaches, from document analysis to leading group-based workshops.
3. Knowledge and experience of Agile & Scrum practices, including feature, story derivation and the formulation of acceptance criteria based around scenarios and Gherkin expressions.
4. Experience of building a backlog and its evolution, including approaches to story review, e.g.3 amigo discussions and refinement.
5. Has experience in process modelling to derive representations of current and future processes.
6. Has experience in formulating wire frames to articulate requirements centred around user interfaces.
7. Experience of utilising Jira and Confluence
8. Ability to adapt their BA approaches to align to the client's standard BA practices
