
Our client is looking for a Cutover Support Analyst to join their team on a initial contract until end of April next year with good scope for extensions. This role would be working 2-3 days a week onsite in Knutsford and working via an umbrella company.
Role Description:
Business Analysis & Process Mapping:
Collect and document requirements from HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Analyze existing HR processes and identify gaps for integration.
Prepare process flows, SOPs, and harmonization plans.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the central point of contact for HR rollout and merger activities.
Coordinate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure alignment.
Schedule and facilitate workshops, meetings, and status updates.
Cutover Planning & Execution:
Support the development of cutover plans for HR systems and processes.
Coordinate activities leading up to go-live, including data migration, validation, and readiness checks.
Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Onboarding & Transition Support:
Assist in designing onboarding plans for employees from merged organizations.
Support communication and training initiatives for smooth adoption.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
Document decisions, risks, and action items for leadership visibility.
