
Job Description:
* Define scope and objectives: Establish clear goals, success criteria, and boundaries for the ServiceNow deployment.
* Develop project plan: Create timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
* Stakeholder alignment: Identify sponsors, key users, and IT leadership; ensure buy-in and communication.
* Risk management: Document risks, mitigation strategies, and escalation paths.
* Budget and resource tracking: Monitor costs, licenses, and staffing against plan.
* Vendor and partner coordination: Manage ServiceNow consultants, integrators, and third-party providers.
* Quality assurance: Ensure testing, validation, and compliance checkpoints are met.
* Progress reporting: Regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on status, issues, and achievements.
* Cutover and go-live readiness: Coordinate final deployment activities, rollback plans, and support coverage.
* Post-deployment review: Conduct lessons learned, performance metrics, and continuous improvement planning.
* Future expansion and optimisation: Post-deployment review, roadmap, vendor management
