GUI Software Engineer
6 Month contract initially
Based: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Romsey
Rate: £Market rates p/d - (via Umbrella company)

Key Responsibilities:
As a GUI Software Engineer you will:
* Design and implement efficient real-time systems.
* Understand and apply new and emerging technologies.
* Work on our Electronic Warfare suite of software, developing new features to diverse projects spanning a range of domains including Array Processing, Communications and Sensors.
Key Skills & Experience:
Ideally you will have:
* Expertise in C# for User Interface development and associated services
* Expertise in C++ for services and DSP
* Experience of unit and system testing
* Experience of modern DevOps practices, including version control and continuous integration
It would be useful, but not essential, to have:
* UI for scientific / technical applications
* WPF for User Interfaces
* SQL databases
* Modern comms, e.g. REST / Websockets
* Knowledge of latest Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms.
