Job Title: ODI Designer / Developer
Contract Length: 6 months initially (likely extensions)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Milton Keynes - 2-3 days onsite
Rate: £400-£420 per day
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ODI Designer / Developer to support a major data integration programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), working closely with data architects and stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data integration solutions.

Analyse business and data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to identify and resolve issues.

Optimise ETL processes to ensure high performance and maintain data integrity.

Document ETL processes and maintain clear records of data transformations.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills & Experience

7-10 years of experience working with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Strong knowledge of Oracle ODI, with at least two recent project implementations.

Strong PL/SQL development skills.

Experience with Unix / Shell scripting.

Experience designing and developing ETL processes.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
