Our requirement is part of a managed service with a strategic customer where we require an experienced Operational Technology Programme Manager to join the Information Security Portfolio with active and new Prgrammes/Projects.

RATE: £550 - £700 PER DAY (OUTSIDE IR35)
LOCATION: HYBRID - (LONDON 2 DAYS PER WEEK) + INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

The OT Security Programme Manager is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of security control implementation across strategic and site-based Operational Technology (OT) projects.
As the programme manager for OT security initiatives, they will lead control implementation, drive cross-departmental collaboration, and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships. The successful candidate will provide oversight to ensure all programme activities meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organisational goals, while promoting accountability, and continuous improvement across OT Security.
*Resource Capability & Experience Required:
* Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks and best practices.
* Experience in overseeing cross-functional teams and driving both global and local strategic initiatives and programmes within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and Manufacturing sectors.
* Demonstrates strong stakeholder management across all levels of any organisation.
* Able to translate complex security requirements into business outcomes and risk.
* Can demonstrate experience managing multi-million pound programme budget.
* Willingness to travel periodically to international sites.
* Experience collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including Group, site teams, vendors, and industry partners.
