As an IT HR Functional Analyst you'll have the opportunity to deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs. Security clearance is required.


You really must have:
- In depth understanding of HR Business Processes and ability to analyse new requirements
- Expert knowledge of Workday and Integrations with other systems
- Ability to work closely with Business Stakeholders to review change requirements, seen as the IT HR Subject Matter Expert

It would be nice if you had:
Experience with SAP HR configuration & customizing, including but not limited to Time Management, CATS, ESS/MSS, Work Schedules and Organisation management
Experience of SAP Fiori Applications in the HR space in version 2021 S4 HANA and above
